The art world received a special gift a few days ago, and we’re so excited! The extremely talented, kind, wonderful woman, SAS CHRISTIAN has come back to us with a gorgeous new piece of work, and a lot of exciting plans! Due to some personal health issues, she’s been out of the scene and not doing much painting at all for some time now. It’s exhilarating to have her back, and to see what she has in store for us. She sure came back with a BANG too! Her new work, “Caterina,” just about took my breath away!
Sas’ painting is special. She’s one of the innovators in big eye art, pop art, and surrealism. When you see her work, you immediately know it’s Sas! Her ability to make that happen is phenomenal! She used oils on aluminum with this new piece, which happens to be her first time painting on metal. Very cool indeed. Please enjoy a look at “Caterina” herself, and a few older favorites of mine by Sas.
