Submissions are always open. Our submissions are open year-round, so there are no deadlines to worry about! Since we publish continuously, you can submit your work whenever you are ready.
For the quickest response, please feel free to DM a low-resolution preview of your images to @vgxwmagazine. Alternatively, you can email us your previews. We aim to reply within 3-5 business days. If your work is selected, we will contact you with the next steps.

Team Approval & Copyright
Please ensure that everyone involved in the shoot (photographers, models, stylists, etc.) agrees to this submission.
If accepted, you retain full copyright of your images and videos. By submitting, you simply grant us permission to showcase your work in our magazine, website, and social media channels.
Submission Requirements
- Variety: Minimum of 3 different looks.
- Exclusivity: We only accept unpublished work. Please do not submit images that have been published elsewhere or posted on social media.
- Formatting for images:
- Images must be borderless (no white or colored borders).
- Do not include any text on the image.
- Credits: Please submit team and wardrobe credits in a text file or PDF.
- Social Media: Include website links and Instagram handles for all team members and designers so we can tag them correctly.
- Accuracy: We copy and paste credits exactly as provided. Please double-check spelling and handles, as we cannot offer free revisions for errors in the submitted text.
- Bonus: Behind-the-scenes photos or videos are a plus!
File Specifications (If Accepted)
- Print: 2550px × 3300px (Portrait) or 5100px × 3300px (Landscape)
- Online: Minimum 1300px width
Team and Wardrobe Credits Format
We strongly recommend using this specific format, as it ensures the quickest processing and guarantees absolute accuracy in your published credits.
- For Accuracy: We ask that you use CAPITAL LETTERS for all names and brands.
- File Naming Example:
editorial-title_01.jpg - Team Credit: List the role followed by the name.
Photographer NAME IN CAPITAL LETTERS - Wardrobe Credit: List the garment followed by the designer/brand, proceeding from top to bottom

Important Notes
- Social Media Compliance: To ensure your work receives maximum exposure, we unfortunately cannot publish editorials that require heavy censoring or violate major social media platform guidelines.
- Contributor Copies: As we operate on a print-on-demand basis, we are unable to provide complimentary print copies to contributors. However, we guarantee robust promotion of your work across our website and social media channels.
Legal Agreements
By submitting your work, you enter into the following binding agreements:
- Ownership Guarantee: You guarantee that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all rights and interests (including intellectual property and copyrights) for all submitted work.
- Liability & Protection (Indemnification): You agree to fully protect (defend and indemnify) the Publisher against all claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from a third-party claim that the published material infringes upon their proprietary or intellectual property rights.
