At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, to curb the spread of the coronavirus, people around the world are urged to self-quarantine. Many people find this sudden and involuntary change of lifestyle detrimental to their mental well-being. However, for the wards of Foundation Sun Inside, sitting at home for days on end is a normal way of life. Due to their physical disabilities, it is nothing new, and they have accumulated enough experience to be able to share coping methods and life hacks to survive the involuntary isolation period.
LILYA is a makeup artist and a blogger
RENAT is an artist. He paints using a brush attached onto his headgear. He used to hold his paintbrush between his teeth.
ELSA is a wife and mother. She is currently pregnant and expecting her second child. Once, she jumped out of an aircraft by parachute. She is very brave, kind, and beautiful.
NASTYA writes poems and created handcrafted works. Sometimes she travels around the town in a wheelchair. She has wonderful sense of humor. She is a also very kind and beautiful.
ALSU creates a lot of beautiful things with her hands. She creates macramé, weaves on a loom, and make many wonderful sketches.
