Virtuogenix S/S 2019: Hyodo Yoshitaka’s Love Dolls Museum [Video + Outtakes]

In Summer 2013, YOSHITAKA HYODO was diagnosed with a life-threatening Pituitary Adenoma (a tumor that occur in the pituitary gland). The illness altered his brain chemicals and changed his life forever. It took him a long time to recover from the illness; but since then, he decided to focus on things that make him happy. He moved to a new house and filled it with love dolls and mannequins. He only reserves one small room in the house and turned the house into a reservation- only museum.

This year, he plans on redecorating one of the rooms in his house to resemble the room of a bioengineer character in the original BLADE RUNNER movie, one of his favorite films. The story was set in the year of 2019, and this is definitely the perfect time to do it.

2013の夏、兵頭喜貴は下垂体腫瘍に罹り、生死をさまよい一命を取り留めた。退院後、自分の好きな事に残りの人生を集中することを決断する。数年後、埼玉県にある一軒家を購入し、屋内をラブドールとマネキンのコレクションを展示する八潮秘宝館へと変えた。家の中の部屋は人形達で埋め尽くされており、彼自身が使用する部屋は小さな一部屋のみである。

今年がオリジナルブレードランナーの年、２０１９年ということで、ストーリに出てくる生体エンジニア、セバスチャンの部屋のように部屋を改造中とのこと。今年中にはブレードランナー祭りと命名された展示会が開催される予定である。
